Breathability is available through the non-porous membrane, and it takes much longer for a wearer to start feeling stuffy even if very active. The super durable water repellent finish maintains a high repellency even after many wash cycles. This guarantees long life waterproofness and breathability for sustained comfort. In addition, it has a feather smooth texture and lightweight configuration.

Polartec® Power Stretch® fabrics feature body-hugging 4-way stretch and are very breathable. They keep you dry when you sweat and provide warmth without weight.
Many of the fabrics feature a proprietary construction with two unique surfaces: the durable, smooth outer layer is wind- and abrasion-resistant; the soft inner layer pulls moisture away from your skin keeping you dry, warm and comfortable. Other fabrics in the series feature compression stretch which can improve performance as your clothing doesn't inhibit freedom of movement.

The feelgood technology 3XDRY® makes textiles water and stain repellent on the outside and water absorbent on the inside. Clothes finished with 3XDRY® keeps the body dry, minimizes perspiration marks and stimulates a cooling effect. The 3XDRY®-Advanced Moisture Management-finish combines two technologies in one textile: on the outside the textile is finished with a water repellent function (hydrophobic), whereas on the fabric's inside it absorbs perspiration (hydrophilic). As a result, it reliably repels moisture from the outside. Moisture resulting from perspiration is quickly absorbed from the inner side of the textile, transported away from the body and distributed over a large surface area. The appearance, hand or the air permeability features are not influenced by the 3XDRY®-finish.
